One incredibly lucky winner will receive complimentary enrolment in our highly sought-after 'Advanced Camera Techniques' workshop, valued at $599 AUD! This intensive, hands-on course is designed to push your creative boundaries.

You'll dive deep into mastering manual camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO), explore advanced composition principles beyond the basics, learn professional lighting techniques (natural and artificial), and get practical guidance on essential post-processing workflows to make your images truly shine. It's the perfect way to elevate your photography significantly.

Contest Rules & Eligibility

Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of AussieCam Academy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The contest begins on 1st September 2024 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on 30th September 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST ("Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter: To enter, you must (1) Follow the @AussieCamAcademy Instagram account, and (2) Tag two (2) friends in the comments section of the official contest announcement post on the @AussieCamAcademy Instagram page during the Contest Period. Optionally, participants may share a photo using #AussieCamContest for a bonus entry consideration, though this does not guarantee winning. Limit one (1) primary entry (follow + tag) per person/Instagram account.

Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 5th October 2024 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @AussieCamAcademy account within approximately three (3) business days following the random drawing (on or by 8th October 2024). The potential winner must respond to the notification message within seven (7) calendar days of notification attempt. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Details: The prize consists of one (1) enrolment spot in the AussieCam Academy 'Advanced Camera Techniques' workshop, valued at approximately $599 AUD. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash substitution or alternative prize will be offered, except at the sole discretion of AussieCam Academy. The winner is responsible for any transportation or accommodation required to attend the workshop if applicable (workshop location is Sydney, NSW).

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of AussieCam Academy, which are final and binding. AussieCam Academy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by AussieCam Academy in its sole discretion. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

Photo Submission (Bonus Entry): If submitting a photo using #AussieCamContest, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the photograph and grant AussieCam Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share or repost the image in connection with the contest promotion, with credit to you.
